• I was greeted very well, they still took me eventhough I was late. The lady who did my facial was extremely nice and explained everything she was doing. She made me feel very comfortable to get this treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She wrote down the products she recommended but never once was I forced to purchase. I still did because there is no poi t to get a facial to not follow through with good products.

• I had a really wonderful experience there. The lobby was very fancy fresh and clean looking. I felt very taken care of right away. It was very hard to ignore all of the provisional requirements and warnings for the specific treatment we got which I thought was very smart. The store manager walked us through the facial and told us what we should expect and asked us a lot of questions about our skincare routine and listened to our answers. The procedure itself was quick, easy, painless and had immediate results. We were very happy. The nurse and assistant who did the procedure seemed very knowledgeable and we chatted the whole time. It was fun, relaxing and I felt like I was getting VIP treatment. When I can afford it I would come back again and again!
