• During my second visit I had a negative experience. I figured I would just finish my bundle and then never go back. I was fortunate to be served by Andrea at Skin Laundry in Woodland Hills. She did such an amazing job by being attentive, thorough and just making me feel like she actually cares about my skin. I was so pleased with her that I bought my 2nd bundle. I try to book with her all of my appointments but, yesterday, she was not available and was served by someone else. The service was just as good. It feels good having consistency in the care quality.
