• I loved the nurse! She actually did my whole face, being this was my 3rd time ever and my first 2 times were done with the same person I now know how it's supposed to be done. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because I was unable to reschedule with her because they didn't have a December schedule yet. Please know that now having a facial with her I do not feel like the previous person was as throughly. I noticed that she didn't do my whole face and thought maybe that's how it was supposed to be done. But nope she just wasn't doing it. I hope that you have Nerissa available soon!
