Lillian at the Times Square store was really helpful, and even though was a few minutes late she did not rush through the treatment. The room was neat and tidy as expected. Thank you for the 20 percent birthday discount in store, and due to my frequent flying schedule, she was able to negotiate 6 additional months for my package. Previously, the time restriction was a deterrent for me to purchase a large package. Overall, I am a happy customer to be back after a year. Thanks team and keep up with the good work!
