• Very good 1st time experience. I arrived late because an appt I was at prior to Skin Laundry went longer than expected. I was worried you would make me reschedule but you were able to see me. Paperwork and pre procedure pics didn't take too long. The nurse performing the procedure was friendly and informative. At checkout the lady there and the one that took my pics were very helpful in explaining all the options available with membership. The conversation led me to ask them for recommendations for other beauty related questions I had. It was their willingness to carry on a conversation with me and provide their recommendations that really sealed the deal for me. They make you feel immediately welcome. Besides the great customer service, I do feel like I see a noticeable improvement in my appearance.

Even though sales is part of this business, not once did I feel pressured but rather I felt informed and felt as though I would benefit from the services.
