• The treatment process is great. However the parking situation is terrible on weekends and as a result we had some scheduling issues that turned into an inconvenience that could have been simpler. I'm not sure that's something that is possible to resolve since the salon is where it is. But it certainly would impact my decision to return if I feel like it's going to require so much planning and time showing up early to find parking in order to not have my appointment canceled. I even called while I was looking for parking to let them know. And asked for info about where a recommended parking garage or area is. The reply I got was "I'm not from around here. I don't know." I would love to keep going to that location but I'd rather go to a place that's more helpful, understanding, and maybe has its own parking spots.
