• I forgot the woman's name at the front desk. But she was delightful! Really sincere and seemed like she took pride in the products and services provided! If I wasn't going on vacation I would have probably bought the membership! But she did offer me my next appointment for 20% off and bought the glycolic acid at 20% off! She really calmed my nerves - offered me water. She made the consultation seem personal and not so cookie cutter! I wish I could remember her name! But she's the best!
