• Diana has exemplary attention to detail. She has been a primary reason I've kept my membership with SL the past couple years. The the way she moves through the treatment is different than other nurses because she is very thorough. Most times I have an appointment without seeing her; there are several places on my face that were never addressed by the laser or IPL and left over gel in creases of my nose or hair. Thanks!

• Everyone from the front desk people to the RN were very professional. The visit took a little longer than I had expected, but I imagine that’s because it was my first time. The treatment room was very clean and the waiting area was comfortable
