• Because some of your facial technicians are thorough and have a great touch, complete spa experience and others are cold and pat pat done. The TLC provided by different technicians are way too inconsistent. I loved Betty!! And Diana is very thorough, so appreciate! A generous living spirit and talent is difficult to find. Makes a big difference.
