• Received very helpful advice from the person who checked me in (she suggested adding on an extra pass instead of the carbon facial given my current skin condition). I felt like she was giving me genuine, thoughtful feedback rather than trying to upsell me something I didn't need. And of course, the treatment was great as usual and I'm already seeing results!
