• First off, the two employees at the front desk were so sweet and kind. My skin is pretty red with acne scars and they didn't even show a glimmer of judgment because, let's face it, it's really scary walking around in public when your skin is so inflamed. The nurse I had, Mina, was extremely meticulous (more so than the Glendale location), and was so knowledgeable and informative to all my inquiries. I live in DTLA now but I will, from now on, only come back to the Newport Beach location for the remainder of my bundle and for any future sessions I may purchase
