• I was welcomed by a friendly staff. The procedure was explained to me in detail. I was asked about my medical history in detail. All my questions were answered. I was introduced to nurse Ruby, who explained the procedure to me once again and also asked the same questions. She was very attentive and was genuinely concerned about my well being throughout the procedure. It was a great experience and I definitely plan on going back for a second procedure.
