• The staff was friendly and very informative. They made my first treatment an easy-going and good experience.

• The nurse I had during my second session there was very welcoming, nice, really addressed my concerns (I was having terrible hormonal breakouts on my lower face and she focused a lot there), she also told me about some products that helped her with her acne problems but didn't try to sell me on it. We talked about my acne and next steps.

• I personally loved the facial. I saw some purging when I got home. I told many of my friends about it, and while the first facial is free they were still hesitant. When thinking of a facial they thing of something a little bit more personal. The cost of the facial is pretty high compared to others, and I think that is what makes them hesitant.
