• As always, the nurse, Eliza is awesome! She does an amazing job, can not be happier. However, I am not happy skinlaundry again raised the price, this is the third times you raise the price less than 2 years.

• I have a bundle and actually really loved the switch to just the laser 4 passes but then I realized that the prices will all go up next time I buy. I struggle justifying anything over $75 on a facial so that's the point down

• The service is great, always running in time. The location in midtown nyc is always clean and smells fresh. Staff are polite and helpful. Always happy with my treatment results. A little disappointed the price jumped so high. Will still go for treatments but only once a month or every other month now.
