• 1. Staff were a lot more thorough than the Santa Monica location - Alia was amazing. 2. I got my free mask with my enhancement. Santa Monica only gives you a free mask with an extra pass, not with any enhancement. 3. My overall experience was really nice. The staff were very attentive and accommodating.

• I'm relatively happy with the service, staff, and pricing. I wouldn't mind it be a little longer so i don't feel as rushed maybe 20mins or a little bit cheaper.
