• The customer service was great very accommodating, the nurse was excellent and the procedure definitely cleared my skin but I wouldn't list the procedure as mild it felt more moderate at my face still felt hot and tingly the day afterward. But maybe since I had never experienced it before I was unsure what to expect. Overall great experience but I may wait a month or 2 before I try it again.
