• The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having never had a facial before, they did a great job explaining the process to me and then the person that did my facial explained every step to me prior to doing so, and always made sure I was comfortable. I feel like my skin looks better and less tired only 1 day after. I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me on a membership plan or their skin care system, but were willing to work around my current skin care routine
