• just some feedback regarding the background music: i noticed the playlist was changed from pop songs to instrumental music recently and i feel it was kind of strange. the music and the interior, deco, design of the shop are kind of a mismatch right now. like if you are playing such instrumental, soft music, i assume you would like to create a spa-like environment, then i would imagine to have my treatment done in a dimmed, cozy and warm room.. however, the current white, bright lighting and the design of the store just don't complement the current playlist. the music being played now is missing the California vibe which your original shop design and brand image give off. if it's because you are going through a transition of rebranding, perhaps you may need to take details of execution into account, like rolling out all the changes in one go, instead of bits by bits which i feel it's very weird now. anyway, qualify of the service of your staff, Salome, is not affected, she is as good as always :)
