• The treatment was just as good as usual, yet just some feedback about some of the arrangement about the current health situation. Just noticed your staff are still wearing the charcoal face mask which they used to wear before, instead of the standard medical grade surgical mask. Appreciate if you can provide your staff with the greatest or I should say, basic and proper protection, i.e. standard and proper standard medical grade surgical mask which can filter bacteria, particulars and most importantly virus. We have close contact with your staff while having treatment, so their health and whether they are well protected or not is one of my main concern while visiting yours for treatment. Protecting your staff is the first step to protecting your customers. Please upgrade their protection ASAP.
