I’m happy with the arrangement that stuff does care about each customers individual experience . I often experienced of having long waiting because of late coming customers ahead of me but the staff in IFC takes an assertive approach and rearrange the schedules of late coming customers to an available time slot later the day instead of intaking them right away. I think this is truly fair to all customers and makes all customer enjoy the 15 minutes experience that they truly deserve . Good job IFC! Especially Jessie !
