• My prior appointment was canceled as there was no RN available. I was told that I would receive $30 credit. I responded by saying oh good I want to look at your face lotions. When I went for my next scheduled appointment, it was confirmed that I did indeed have $30 credit but then told I could NOT use it toward a skin lotion. That's bad customer service. Train all staff with the exact same info.

• My nurse was AMAZING and focused on problem areas, offering to spot treat and made my visit very worthwhile. I will aim to book at this location from now on because I truely enjoyed my visit
