• Did not realize that the enhancements changed and thought when I booked the carbon that U could add my points. I had originally bought the points to use for the carbon peel (i had 10 left) so I was disappointed that I could not use it, but the receptionist answered my questions. It was a good thing that I asked about the reward points i had and that it was expiring at the end of the month. She saved me the price of the carbon peel that I thought was included in my past purchase. The nurse was very nice and the procedure works. Now, i don't know if I'll buy more when it's time to buy more...i am hoping there's better deals in the future.

• Receptionist and technicians are always friendly and welcoming. My experience with the Glendale location, is always on time. Technicians inform you of each step taking place during treatment. I currently get the laser facial and just recently added the hydration boost enhancement. I love how it feels. My husband has noticed and commented on my results. Thank you Skin Laundry!
