• 9 because i liked the service but deducted 1 because your system literally sent me 18 confirmation emails regarding my next appointment, and the customer service team didn't really do anything to remedy that. Honestly makes me terrified of booking another appointment because I don't want to be spammed with 18 emails within 2 hours of the same thing.
