• Upon arrival today I was welcomed with a very fresh and serene environment that quickly transported me to a very chill and refreshing Malibu vibe, if I had to describe it. The associate was very personable and quick to discover how I encountered the brand. The process to check in and complete the registration was very organic and easy-flowing. The breakdown of the offered services was very helpful and clearly explained, super easy to acknowledge and understand. Although my legal name is not as fun as my preferred name, Gloria’s detail to attention to ensure that Pamina knew my preference, is a very good way to assert a nice elevation in customer service. Pamina was very thorough and candid and the service experience was exactly she guided me through. The experience was very caring and nurturing and I walked away very satisfied and wanting more. I would definitely return to experience and dive into more of the benefits of coming on a regular basis.
