• i was actually going to give u a 7 or 8... But... Everything was great... I loved the professionalism of the staff and how meticulous each member was when speaking to me... I enjoyed the facial, and I'm happy I tried the hydration. But to have to pay $30 for something that lasts only 2-3 minutes was extreme. I felt ripped off! It should be included the first time for free like the facial so the client can decide on their own whether or not they want the additional hydration as an add on... I was annoyed over it. If it had been included I certainly would've given u a 10 bc that's what would've kept me coming back!!!
