• The person who helped me was nice. And was engaging in the conversation. I like the space in the shop, as the one in IFC (closer to my work) has no privacy besides the treatment room. They have a sofa and a waiting area which is good. In my previous experience at IFC, although the one who helped me was also really nice, she didn’t ask me what strength of laser to use, but the one at Century square told me, and was really clear about it. which i really appreciated. My only concern with the company as a whole, is that when we are about to go into treat ment, we are asked to clean our face with moist facial towel, and the ingredients are quite irritating or sensitising to my skin. it has witch hazel - an astringent, then it has Parfum, which personally i am quite sensitive to. If there is another alternative to it, then i would be more comfortable to buy more sessions.
