• Atmosphere and waiting room were comfortable and clean, medspa room was well-kept and relaxing, and staff was very kind and welcoming. Lucy did a fantastic job explaining and administering the Coolsculpting procedure. She was prompt, friendly, and thorough, and made me feel right at home. Definitely will recommend!
