• I have been battling hair removal in embarrassing areas for years. I've spent soooo much money trying to fix the issue. Jo made my appointment and was so kind and caring when I became upset over the phone. I appreciated it so much!! At the visit she was companionate, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.
