• 1) Alessia (sp) @ Spa was knowledgeable & friendly. I immediately felt at ease with her and knew she was being completely transparent on what procedures would benefit me the most. 2) manager was willing to work with me on payment, had she not done that I wouldn't have been able to move forward. 3) Lisa who took my initial calls was very pleasant , customer oriented. Whole team was wonderful Thank you
