                                                                             No one can accompany you into the office.  You may NOT bring a friend or family member to your appointment.  Kindly 
                                                                             have them wait in their car or leave until you are finished with your appointment.

                                                                             Please be aware that you will be required to wear a mask or facial covering into the office.  Therefore, you need to bring 
                                                                             one with you.  If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, fever, or cough, you will be required to reschedule your 
                                                                             appointment.

                                    No Children Policy
                                                                           Please do not bring children under 13 years of age. This policy is to protect your child from harmful items in our exam 
                                                                           rooms (bio-hazards and expensive medical equipment) and to protect our clients from common childhood illnesses.  We 
                                                                           have also found that children are not always appropriate due to the private and personal nature of cosmetic procedures. 

                                    No-Show Policy for New Clients

                                                                           If you are a no-show, do not arrive on time, or do not cancel your appointment 24 business hours prior to your 
                                                                           appointment, you will be charged a $30.00 appointment fee (if applicable, your $30.00 fee will be applied to your 
                                                                           subsequent treatments). 

                                    No-Show Policy for Existing Clients

                                                                          If you are a no-show, do not arrive on time, or do not cancel your appointment 24 business hours prior to your 
                                                                          appointment, you will be charged a $30.00 non-refundable no-show fee (fee is charged after 3 no-show appointments). 
                                                                          Appointments must be rescheduled or confirmed 24 business hours prior to your appointment or you will be considered a 
                                                                          no-show.

                                    No-Show Policy for CO2 Appointments

                                                                          If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please let us know 72 business hours prior to your appointment, and 
                                                                          we will gladly help you reschedule. However, if you are a no-show, do not arrive on time, or fail to call or email 72 business 
                                                                          prior to your appointment, you will lose the deposit paid and have to pay the full treatment amount upon rescheduled date. 
                                                                          You then will be obligated to pay another deposit before rescheduling.
