Aug 14, 2018Previous reviewJo Ann is always awesome. I visit Skin Deep whenever I am in Grand Junction. She has a vast knowledge and offers good advice - even referring to products she might not carry.
The new location is very nice and peaceful.
My skin looks great! The multiple items that she used on my face during the treatment really made it soft and brighter.

Jo Ann offers procedures suitable for your skin type / condition and recommends only products that will work best for you - even if she doesn't have them. This trip I tried a new face wash and was extremely impressed.
She works with Shape Medical Center and if you sign up for the newsletter they have great coupons.

The thing I wanted to point out was that the receptionist seemed irked that I was waiting in the waiting room. She was snippy, which was uncomfortable. (I wasn't going to sit out in the parking lot!) Hopefully that was a one-time occurrence. If Joanne had evening and weekend appointments, I go more often!

I strive to offer the best in customer service and without assistance, I don't know where to improve, so thank you for taking the time to comment. I do work alone in the evenings after they close up the office. This allows me to take people after work but I cannot be in my room and also work with the door open for safety reasons. You came right when everyone was closing up except me. I apologize that it was unpleasant. I will be more than happy to stay late any evening possible to accommodate your schedule, please just let me know how to assist you. Your business is greatly appreciated.
