I loved 1 of the three estheticians I had. However, one esthetician was extremely rude to me, and they did not fully honor the Groupon that I purchased and thus the 1 star. I asked to speak with Tiffany on this, but that never happened.

Response to owner: Thank you for reaching out, Tiffany. When I spoke to the lady over the phone, she said she could not see my Groupon anyway and treated me like I was ignorant. Before I left to live abroad, the staff told me not to worry as the company doesn't follow Groupon expiration, but upon my call over six months later, the lady said that it wasn't the case and that you, Tiffany, would call back. I don't know how to fix the issue. The memory continues to stick out as I am planning on trying to find the right esthetician or business for me. PS I paid at least $66 + tips since I was only allowed to use half the Groupons I paid for. Yes, it's 2021 and I still think about this.

she does a great job there. all her employees are amazing. I can't get eyelashes anymore because I had an allergic reaction. i'm going to give myself a break and try it again. I do recommend this place. they are very clean and follow COVID-19 protocol.

My appointment with Patricia was just what I needed in a facial- calm, professional and relaxing. Patricia took care to ask me about my skin type and tailored my treatment to sensitive skin. The products used were gentle and felt great against my skin. I felt a post-facial glow and will definitely be back.

I (reluctantly) had eyelash extensions applied here. My eyes are extremely sensitive and I was afraid I would need to remove them after a few days. Also, I rarely wear makeup so I did not want a "glam" look.
Christian assured me that the lashes are light- weight and non invasive. He was meticulous in his application and educated me on aftercare for lashes along the way.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he was able to apply, about 45 minutes. I have heard of others who took 4 hours! The lashes were not heavy or irritating at all. It felt like I had mascara on, so natural!
I took careful care of my lashes including trying to avoid getting them wet as much as possible. They lasted much longer than I expectedf! This establishment was very professional and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Tiffany is amazing! I wanted lash extensions for a wedding I was going to and I had never had them done before. I initially went to a old coworker who does them and wasn't happy with how they turned out. I had heard of Tiffany for a long time and looked up her prices and found them very reasonable. I scheduled a appointment easily using their online website and I was able to get in that Friday. Tiffany greeted me at the front desk and was able to fix and replace the lashes with a easy fill. She was gentle and fast. Her experience is obvious. I will definitely be back for any skin care needs I have. Go women business owners!

I love skin by Tiffany! I have been getting my lashes done here for two years now and they always turn out great. The staff is very receptive to feedback and always make sure you leave happy. Best lashes in Napa.

Finally mustered the courage to enhance my disappearing eye brows & had the absolute pleasure of Tiffany's micro blading done today. She is an amazing artist, and did such fabulous work...my new brows look very natural and brighten my appearance, even looking a bit younger!! The lobby is full of great products to shop and the staff were professional and encouraging!! Already looking forward to more indulgences here very soon! Thank you Tiffany & crew!!!!!

First time getting extension eyelashes, I met with Victoria and she was amazing, she made me feel comfortable about them explained what she was doing and how to upkeep them, I enjoyed conversating with her during the process and the time went by quick. She assured me I'd fall in love with them and from the moment I had a chance to see them I was in love!!!! I would recommend her with out hesitation.... I will definitely be coming back!
