• Would love new secure foot straps on the two rowing machines. It's annoying and distracting when they work themselves loose.

• Justina super friendly and did helpful orientation for a single day visit. I needed specific item of equipment for my training and I could use the spinning bike easily; it was in good condition. The only reason it was not a 10 was lack of soap in shower. Good price too!!!
