I really enjoy my classes mainly due to the great instructors we're fortunate enough to have. This morning's class was with Tasmyn who was fantastic. Even though her class was challenging I find her classes very enjoyable. My Thursday classes are usually with Liana who is equally as amazing. Love my SixTwo Pilates!

Finding SixTwo Pilates and Yoga has been a game changer. I am physically stronger and yet the change to my nervous system has been amazing. The yoga and breathwork has got me through a very difficult period in my life. The supportive and nurturing environment has helped me immensely.
