Upon arriving you are welcomed by name, as if you are one of the family. The ambience of the studio including the reception and amenities area is well designed and top class. The reformers are exceptional quality. The trainers are just superb , very helpful, explain how to undertake the various exercises , show empathy where required. Can't wait for the next session
