Super welcoming atmosphere, easy to get to with great parking, loved the instructor Tulay, clear and soothing instruction and just an all-round lovely person. Enjoyed the class a lot and left feeling great as always. The instructors at SixTwo are great at pushing you to challenge yourself while still reminding you to work at your own level with no judgement which I feel is so unique to SixTwo. I love that each class has a good warm up and cooldown so all I need to do is show up really. This class in particular was a 7am class and the way the sun shines through the mat room in the morning is just the cherry on top.
