• Classes are great but sometimes the music/instructor audio can be quite loud. This can make it difficult to hear what the instructor is saying and can be a bit harsh on the ears. Apart from that, the classes are flawless 🩵

• The instructors are great - they engage with the class, they offer suggestions, they cater for all age groups, all stages of life. They are passionate, they care and it seems to be they love their job and where they work. That says a lot on all areas - from clients to management.

• The studio is clean, large with nice facilities in a convenient location. My only suggestion is if each row had one less mat space it would be more comfortable. Right now we technically fit but I can just about tickle the person beside me .
