It could have been a 10, your price for what I get has increased. I pay $60 for a braid down and protein treatment. That's a bit much for a woman with very short hair. What I have done doesn't require a lot of work and I know the price for everything we use has increased since covid but some price increases amount to consumers receiving less rather than more in service/products. We have 3 choices, suck it up and swallow it, discontinue the service or Google and learn how to DIY (do it yourself). Score of 9 because of the price increase.
