The service is why I choose the score. That's very important to me. However, I'm not impressed with the curly hair that was added. I feel that the hair is cheap because it's nappy. To pay an extra price for curly hair that I'm now cutting out because it's nappy is not good for a customer and secondly my braids are not even which is another concerned of mines. However the service is great the environment is great
