I chose a 10 because my experience was a very pleasant one. My stylist was very professional, flexible, funny and easy to work with. Also the establishment seems to be well especially during this season of co-vid. I felt safe and saw protective measures in place. Plus the price was RIGHT!!!

I liked the way my braider treated me. She was kind spirited, gentle, and didn't chastise me for coming in with my hair washed but tangled. She was very accommodating, pleasant, and warm spirtited...things you cannot train for, they just have to be there. She talked to me about her life, her religion, and her desire for peace in life. I respected that alot. The shop was clean, the ladies were very professional and all had a spirit of sisterhood and teamwork, not cattiness or bad attitudes. This place was a breath of fresh air compared to the other shops I've been to. I will definitely come again and recommend this shop to others.
