Nicole did a great job! I enjoyed the overall experience from beginning to end. And my braids are comfortable -- no sore scalp. I slept great last night, which had not been my previous experience. I appreciate the professional climate, and thanks for putting in and executing protocols to keep everyone safe during the pandemic.
