• Attention to detail and genuinely cared about what i wanted. The previous person was preoccupied with assisting another client even tho the client was already being helped. I'm all about being a team player but is was not pleasant for myself as I think the focus should be on the person in front of you. And with Covid going around..... yet again; talking loud across the room is not an inviting environment .
