• My stylist listened and responded to all my concerns. She respected my request that we not chat during the services, and she was so kind and never made me feelstupid when I didn't know how to answer her questions. Most importantly though, she gabe me EXACTLY the cut/color I came in asking for. Separately, I reallyliked the decor/design of the shop, AND I appreciated how genuinely friendly the receptionist was. She got me some delicious coffee when I came in and we evenwere able to connect re: a shared academic interest. It was truly one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. I'll only come here from now on.
