• The place was very relaxing the second I walked in with meditation music playing and an essential oil diffuser going. Johnathon took into consideration my recent issues with sciatica and helped relieve discomfort I had been experiencing recently. He also made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and was very nice!

• I am 73 years old. I have scoliosis. I came to STM for some relief as I was in pain; in my back, in my hips--I was a mess. The massage gave me some relief after the session; however, I woke up the following morning pain-free. I will follow up with yoga sessions, which the massage specialist who worked on my issues recommended. I also booked a follow-up appointment.

• It took quite a while to find your location, I was about to throw in the towel but so glad I didn't! Fiona is terrific..thoughtful, and does a great job. Your place is so welcoming. Very clean and it smells great everywhere.
