• Shannon is the best! She puts me at ease with her calm and friendly disposition; and she's great at listening when I tell her which areas or pains require the most attention... Then, she expertly finds all the tight muscles and tension spots, and uses powerful deep tissue, probing trigger point, and soothing Swedish techniques to improve my mobility, relieve my tension, and help me get more out of my daily activities with less stiffness or soreness. She has an impressive anatomical knowledge of the body (she shares this info with me), and she works to hone her skills (she will research areas of the body and techniques between visits to more efficiently address a specific issue I may bring up).
