• I came in with a lot of tension and knots in my upper body. Jessica paid close attention to the areas I was concerned about and helped me utilize a breathing technique to help relieve the tension and knots which was very effective. She perfectly integrated the emotional component with the physical!

• What Feiona does for me is priceless! Every time I’ve pushed my body to its limits a visit to her is the only way I can get back to work and keep going. The first time with a new massage therapist can be awkward but she makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She’s extremely knowledgeable and listens to your needs however she also can find every issue you have without direction too! With other therapists it might have felt great that day but then wake up right back in pain the next. However right now, 24 hrs after my last visit, I still feel lighter than air, like I just walked out her door! Besides physically, Feiona’s friendly and calm demeanor helps start your mental therapy and keeps it going with the gentle atmosphere she creates. You’re in a state of total relaxation before you even get started. I never realized how much of a disservice to my body I was doing until I started going there, it really is life changing. She puts you in a better physical and mental state which I still feel weeks later, like I said, she’s priceless!!!
