• I received sport specific massage from Jonathon. He has a depth of knowledge and is very good at finding problem areas on my body. I have a chronic shoulder issue and he at this last visit worked both of the shoulders, particularly at the bicep tendinitis area. Though pretty painful during, afterwards I felt a good measure of relief and had increased range of motion along with less pain.
