• Unfortunately I checked in at 1235 for my 1:00 appointment, no one at the front desk to greet me or make aware to my therapist that I was here. Now the massage was on point!! She did a great job at relaxing me and making me feel amazing. She apologized for my wait time and gave me all of my time. So it was no issue with my therapist at all
