• I really had a great massage and enjoyed my massage therapist, she was helpful and caring. However, I did not give a 10, and probably would have scored much lower if i understood how the rating would affect Stephanie, because something out of her control was very annoying. During my massage, I know I was the only client most likely at the time, Crystal was showing another worker around, and was VERY loud. The last thing you want is a disturbing cackle or even just any conversation to interrupt your peaceful massage. Stephanie had music on at a comfortable volume, I am not sure what else would have been done I have had plenty of massages before here and elsewhere and never had to deal with that. It wasnt just once or a quick dialogue, I could hear them stomping around the studio and having a lengthy conversation all around the room in a out of the area a few times. I knew it was Crystal because she checked me out at the end and I recognized her voice. She also oddly asked if I was signing up for a facial, and then bragged about how many she had signed up that day. I have been in sales/retail of course i understand up selling and getting return customers but her approach just rubbed me the wrong way.
