Rossiter Method is a 20-30 min session. Your therapist Jonell will work as your coach, and will coach you the direction of each stretch. Rossiter will focus on 1 particular area of pain and discomfort. The therapist, will place her foot with weight as the client stretches and breathes. This modality stretches out the connective tissue which then lessens pain and discomfort. This modality is for those wanting to get out of pain. Your coach will push you to go into the painful areas because it yield better results.
